This is not the MLS Score. The MLS Score (0–5) compares firms and ranks them; this one records problems. A firm can hold a high MLS Score and a high severity score at the same time — Apex Trader Funding is our top-ranked firm and carries 62 here. Both are true because they answer different questions. A low severity score does not mean a firm is safe; it means nothing serious is documented yet.
The severity of a past event does not decrease: what happened, happened. A firm's current situation can improve, and that is carried by its status rather than its score — MyForexFunds scores 90 for the 2023 shutdown while its status records that it was vindicated in 2025. Every firm named here can respond, and its response is published alongside the evidence rather than replacing it.
